EST Top Performers: 1/7/16

Boys

- All-EST Honorable Mention Adam Jaquish (Moriah 2016) pumped in a game high 21 points in the 12-0 Vikings' blowout W over Peru.


Girls

T-10.) Madison Graber (Schalmont 2018) finished with 16 points, which tied a season high, in the Sabres' 54-45 W over Berne-Knox-Westerlo.

T-10.) Shiane Irwin (Poland 2017) finished with 17 points in a 64-62 overtime loss to rival West Canada Valley. The junior averages 20.6 PPG (8th in Section III) with 29 threes (T-2nd in Section III) and is working her way towards the 1,000 point mark. Post-Standard cumulative career stats have her at 866 and counting.


9.) All-EST 2nd Team Nina Fedullo (Amsterdam 2017) led a balanced effort with a game high 16 points in their 57-42 W over Queensbury. If their game against Glens Falls isn't factored, where she was injured in the 1st quarter & finished with 1 point, she's averaging 18.1 PPG on the season.

8.) All-EST 1st Team Madison Little (Mount Anthony Union (VT) 2017) and teammate/All-EST Honorable Mention Brianna Legacy (Mount Anthony Union (VT) 2017) each contributed a game-high 15 points in their 74-24 W over Springfield. Each scored 13 of their 15 in the first half; Legacy contributed a team-high 6 assists as well.

7.) 2015 EST MVP Danielle Migliore (Frankfort-Schuyler 2016) finished with a team-high 21 points in their loss to Cooperstown, the state's top ranked team in Class C. The Division I St. Bonaventure commit is averaging a Section III high 27.9 PPG in her senior campaign, and is the only girl in the section with over 300 total points on the season as well.

6.) All-EST Honorable Mention Cassidy Albright (New York Mills 2016) contributed a game high 17 points in their 44-38 W over Little Falls. Albright, a freshly minted member of the 1,000 point club, is 11th in Section III with an average of 19.5 PPG for the Marauders.

5.) Lexi Tubbs (Madison 2016) dropped in a game-high 21 points, many early, in a 58-14 drubbing of McGraw. The standout senior is averaging 21.4 PPG on the season, good for 6th in Section III, and is tied for 4th in the section with 28 made threes.

4.) All-EST 2nd Team Natalie DiSalvo (Canton 2016) finished with a game high 28 points in their 83-51 blowout W over Ogdensburg. She's one of Section X's leading scorers, pumping in 22 PPG this season, and her output Thursday was 1 point short of tying a season high.

3.) In Glens Falls' 61-47 W over Gloversville, All-EST 2nd Team Sophie Tougas (Glens Falls 2019) pumped in game highs of 23 points and 18 rebounds. The standout freshman is tied for 12th in Section II, averaging 17.8 PPG.

2.) All-EST 1st Team Lucy Tougas (Glens Falls 2017) almost messed around & got a triple-double, finishing with 16 points, 8 rebounds, and a game-high 13 assists in their 61-47 W over Gloversville. One of the best stat-stuffers in Section II, Tougas fills the line across the board while averaging 12.9 PPG.

1.) Liz Millea (Cooperstown 2016) finished with a game-high 27 points, 7 assists, 3 steals, and 3 blocks in their 74-50 W over Frankfort-Schuyler. This game pitted two of the state's top 3 ranked teams in Class C, with Frankfort-Schuyler at #3 and Millea's Hawkeyes sitting at the top spot. Liz, a Division II Adelphi commit, is 2nd in Section III in scoring average (23.4), total points (281), and tied for 2nd in made threes (29).
